"I'm THAT bored" said the Tweet that innocently accompanied Hollywood actor Lindsay Lohan's topless picture on Twitter, her long, blonde hair strategically covering her modesty. Living in a land where bikinis and kisses are the extent of shock value in films, I couldn't imagine when Bollywood stars would resort to this kind of cyber overshare on social networking sites. So it was up to me, I decided rather foolishly after ten shots of neat vodka, to represent my country in the world of naked tweets.

Say "Sleaze"

Taking inspiration I logged into my Twitter account. I got the password wrong thrice, on account of the above mentioned vodka shots, 15 minutes later, I was in! My Twitter account was under a false name that I usedfor mypersonal blog, so posting a nude picture that didn't reveal too much of my face was no big risk.
 

Joining My Feathered Friends

In my line of work, taking "inspiration" from Hollywood was routine. I logged on to the internet and opened up all the nude celebrity twitter shots. While it was her tresses that kept Lindsay's picture in the safe zone between scandalous and porno, it was a pizza tray in a bathtub for American singer/songwriter Katy Perry and a shower partition for hot crooner Lenny Kravitz (he still showed of his taut behind). A few months ago, Ashton Kutcher even posted a picture of wife Demi Moore bending over in an underwear!

Skin-sational

I decided that baths and junk food do not mix. Nor did photography and my not-so-photogenic behind. So the Lindsay way it would be - a fun topless picture that would probably triple my followers. I took off my shirt and covered my assets casually with a traditional Indian dupatta. I adjusted the lights in my room to make sure the picture turned out flattering, and didn't look like a tacky amateur porn picture. Given my experience with the camera, it wasn't hard. Here's what the shot looked like - a hint of my parted luscious lips, offset by my angular jaw…a bright red, see-through bandhini cloth covering my tanned body. Just the right amount of sensuality.
Clicked, downloaded, uploaded and ready to go. Accompanying the picture was my 140-characters of wisdom: "The only naked tweet to come out of India. Jai Ho!"

Pictures Speak Louder than 140 characters

I was both, amused and impressed by my sense of humour. At least it seemed funny at the time. I tweeted it out, and waited for my 200 followers to react. The next morning I woke with a massive headache, and an equally large buzz my picture had created on Twitter. My followers tripled, and the analytics on my blog was off the charts.

Katrina hates Salman's Dress

We reported recently about Katrina Kaif walking the ramp in a dress with one of the famous paintings by her boyfriend Salman Khan. No doubt, she looked cool in it at the Being Human show, HDIL India Couture Week 2009, but surprisingly, she hate the dress.

Kareena Kapoor has done her most daring and steamy scene yet with beau Saif Ali Khan in Karan Johar's Kurbaan. The first lot of pictures of her bare back and her liplock with Saif are part of the film's initial promotions, and the reactions are flying in.

Katrina VS Deepika!

Bollywood cat fight begins here!

In a TV interview, Deepika had candidly admitted to feeling insecure about her relationship when rumours about her beau's fondness for Kat were doing the rounds. But the Kat-Kapoor prem-afvahein fizzled off soon, as did the tension between the two actresses.

Until now. Recently, B-Town has been abuzz with the rumours of Dippy's special fondness for her Karthik Calling Karthik hero, Farhan Akhtar. The Om Shanti Om girl believes these rumours are being floated by Katrina, who had dropped in for a visit on the set the day they were shooting for an intimate scene.

Says a source close to Katrina, 'Suddenly there were stories about how Deepika and Farhan had great chemistry and how they sizzle together, that she didn't have such chemistry even with Ranbir. It was very easy to figure out where these stories started circulating from."

Deepika also feels that Katrina is behind recent reports of her fight with Ranbir. The source continues, "Katrina was present at Shabina Khan's party where it was very visible that Ranbir and Deepika had a tiff. It was such a small group, and they were all friends, so it has to be Kat who spread the news." To be fair to Katrina, she is known not to meddle in any other actress' affairs.

If she doesn't get along with an actress, she simply keeps her distance. Which is what happened during Race with Bipasha. There was also some stress with Kareena Kapoor, but now they are friends. In fact, Kat is one actress who doesn't have any problem with her contemporaries.
